Massage Treatments
My signature style of massage is the perfect blend of all techniques that I have learned during my lifetime in massage therapy (Sports, Swedish, Thai and Hawaiian lomi-lomi).
This fusion of different styles is delivered with an intuitive holistic touch encompassing deep tissue, sports massage and acupressure/trigger point release to give effective results.
Every client is treated as an individual and receives a bespoke massage tailored to their needs.
Your first massage with Lewsen Up starts with an initial consultation to determine your past and present health and lifestyle, so as to tailor the perfect massage to suit your needs which will take approximately 5-10 minutes. After the massage, suggestions may be given to maintain or improve your wellbeing inbetween appointments. A course of treatments are usually recommended for optimum results but this will vary depending on your body’s needs. Please explore our website for further details on treatment options and locations.
