CANCELLATIONS

 

I understand that life can sometimes get in the way; meetings overrun, trains are delayed, children are poorly etc. Whilst I would truly love to be able to accommodate these unforeseen events and run my practice without financial considerations, the costs of running a practice  are so high that sadly I am not able to. Therefore, I kindly ask you to observe my cancellation policy and consider this before embarking on treatment:

 

A deposit of £25 for all treatments is taken upfront at the time of booking and the remaining balance is paid after your treatment. Should you need to cancel up to 24 hours prior to your appointment your deposit will be refunded back to the account used for payment usually within 5 working days depending on your bank. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.
